A Singapore Visa photo must be 413×531px (35×45mm), under 500 KB, on a White background, with the head around 71%–80% of the frame. Upload a phone photo and we produce exactly that.

413×531px (35×45mm), at 300 DPI.
White. The default we export is White.
Yes — keep it under 500 KB. We compress the JPEG to fit and tell you the final size.
Head height should be 71%–80% of the photo height. We crop to that automatically.
Only in ways the specification allows: we replace the background with a plain colour, level and crop. Nothing is added or removed from your face.
If the authority rejects it on specification grounds, send us the rejection notice and we refund in full.
